My name is Olalekan, and I'm a home carer. I've been working in the care industry for about two years now, and I've had experience with a range of different care types, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care.
What motivates me to do this job is the opportunity to help people lead as independent a life as possible. I really enjoy providing care and support to people who need it, and I always try to go the extra mile to make sure they're comfortable and happy. I'm also quite friendly and personable, so I often get on well with the people I care for.
One of the things I love about this job is that it's always different. Every client is unique, and I never know what to expect from one day to the next. I enjoy the challenge of adapting to new situations and finding solutions to problems.
In my spare time, I like to do things like walking, cooking and baking, decorating, gardening, and DIY. I'm also quite OK with cats, so I don't mind if my clients have pets.
